I fell in love with Pilates after using it for rehabilitation from a sports injury. It helped me recover as well as changed the shape of my body! I am certified in Matwork and Reformer for Essential, Intermediate and Advanced levels, as well as trained to work with Injuries and Special Population rehabilitation clients. I like to make the workouts challenging, safe and fun!!
I look forward to assisting you to achieve your personal goals.

I am first and foremost a wife and the mother to 3 beautiful children. I discovered my passion for teaching movement in 2018 when I was searching for a movement practice to replace years of competitive dancing. After my first yoga class, I decided I wanted to teach yoga and completed my 200 hr Yoga Teacher Certification in 2020. I followed my yoga certification by completing my 510 hr Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training in 2022 in order to further develop my knowledge and skills. Through yoga and pilates, I Have become more aware of my body, breath, and my abilities which has served as a catalyst for personal growth and development. My goal as a movement teacher is to assist students in meeting their movement goals so that they can feel their best as they move in their everyday lives. I also strives to support others on their journey to self love as they gain awareness, connection and appreciation for themselves, and their bodies.

A colleague in my corporate world introduced me to Yoga in 1998. I was burnt out from the exhausting commute and sedentary nature of the job. The practice helped me sleep better, and made my aches and pains disappear. I got hooked, and before I knew it I was joining a studio, sweating it out in hot classes. On a whim, one Christmas eve in 2008, I signed up for a trip to the Bahamas to get my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher certification at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram. It sounded luxurious right? It was not what I expected, and little did I know this intense and immersive training would change my life forever. I came home blissed out and immediately began teaching. In 2010 I joined Goodlife and was introduced to YogaFit, another teacher training, and I continued my educational journey in Pre/Post Natal, Yin, Vinyasa and Restorative and built on my 1000 Hour Yoga Therapy certification. Throughout this time, I became a Mom to 2 gorgeous little girls, and also completed my Stott Pilates training in Essential & Intermediate Reformer and Mat Work, which has become a beautiful complement to my growing teaching repertoire. Yoga is the relationship between your body, mind and breath. It has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you step off your mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.

I moved to hamtilon during covid after reconnecting with a high school friend that is now my husband. Most importantly we have a chi poo named Dobby.
I grew up dancing competitively and loved the community it created and missed that in my adult life so after covid I started going to Pilates classes. I felt so strong and loved the way it challenged me mentally and physically I decided to get licensed in Mat and then reformer shortly after.
My teaching style is strong classical framework with contemporary creativity sprinkled throughout. I hope to create a safe space for people to show up and challenge themselves but if showing up is all you can do, then knowing that that is the most important part!
