Pilates Mat Classes - Beginner/Intermediate

Mat Pilates involves performing Pilates exercises on the floor using a Pilates, or yoga mat. Exercises in mat Pilates can also involve basic Pilates equipment such as a Pilates ring, resistance band, or weighted balls. Mat Pilates exercises are performed in a slow, controlled, precise manner and require an intense concentration. These exercises help strengthen the body's core by developing pelvic and scapula stability, and abdominal control, using focused breathing patterns.

 

Barre Classes

Looking for a workout that will give you long, lean muscles? Our Barre classes are the answer. We use props and focus on core strength to give you a full body workout that will help you achieve the results you want. Join us for the ultimate Barre experience.

 

Athletic Pilates Mat Classes

Results driven class the incorporates intermediate level Pilates mat work with  sports conditioning and cardio drills that will fire up your metabolism and heart rate that will have you burning calories long after the class is over!

 

Circuit Classes

High Intensity full body workout that involves cardio and resistance training to sculpt and strengthen your entire body.  A cardiovascular and muscular fitness challenge using weights, plyometrics and assortment of equipment that will pump you up!  Come get your sweat on!

TRX Classes

TRX is a total-body suspension-training workout, which means it involves working against gravity to perform moves that activate different muscle groups

Boxing Classes

Looking for a fun and challenging workout that will help you reduce stress and strengthen your entire body? Look no further than our Boxing classes. You instructor will guide you through fast-paced drills and core work that are sure to get your heart pumping and leave you feeling energized.

Yogilates

This slower paced class will increase your flexibility, balance while increasing core strength & endurance. Nice combination of Yoga stretching, balancing poses, combined with Pilates core & muscle work to length and tone your whole body.

Jumpboard Sessions - (30 mins)
This half hour fat-burning session  that will get your heart pounding and your trunk working hard in no time.  It's a fun, low impact, full body workout designed for anyone wanting to take that core training to the next level.  Private or Semi Private sessions available.
